Thank you for continuing to have your learner participate in Tan Kap Vini. We are so excited to reconnect with your learner and provide them with additional resources for a successful Spring semester. 

 

We are going to continue with the same structure as last semester, meaning tutoring sessions will be hosted on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:45 pm and Saturdays from 1:30-2:45 pm. We will begin tutoring on February 16th for Tuesday tutoring and February 20th for Saturday tutoring. Each learner is able to attend one tutoring session per week. Unless otherwise communicated your learner will automatically be assigned to the same tutoring session as last semester. 

 

Similar to last semester each learner/tutor pair will have their own Google Drive folder so they can easily keep track of homework assignments, and helpful resources. Please help your learners add documents to their folder that may be used in tutoring. Each folder will be routinely monitored by our Co-Tutoring Chairs.

 

**TUESDAY TUTORING ONLY** Unfortunately, Lauren Martin, current Co-Tutoring Chair, will not be able to monitor Tuesday tutoring sessions due to a class conflict. Tara Gabriel, Resource Coordinator, will be taking over for her, so if you have any questions the day of tutoring or are having issues logging onto Zoom please contact Tara via email: tgabrie3@gmail.com.
