Dr. Bruce Taylor is a Professor in the Department of Reading and Elementary Education in UNC Charlotte's College of Education. Dr. Taylor has years of experience in education and tutoring. In addition to his role as a professor, Dr. Taylor serves as the Director of the Center for Adolescent Literacy at UNC Charlotte and works closely with its ReadWriteServe program that conducts tutoring and community-based literacy initiatives. Dr. Taylor is also one of Tan Kap Vini's faculty advisors and works directly with our tutoring program. In the following blog posts, Dr. Taylor provides some important tips on tutoring.
